Abstract |
Background. Digital transformation - the introduction of modern technologies for a fundamental change in business models of enterprise management - is today considered the most important topic for organizations around the world.
Materials and methods. The requirements of the new digital economy represent the digital transformation as a deliberate strategic process of business modification through adaptive management and the introduction of digital technologies, that is, the restructuring of existing business models. The same thing happens in industrial and agricultural enterprises, the analog period of which ends. Industries are entering the digital era, thanks to which enterprises are developing in accordance with the new focus. For this reason, a strategic understanding of the development of digital technologies in their connection with business processes and business models is very important for the formation of digital models of enterprise management.
Results. As a result, the article analyzed the main traditional models of effective enterprise management and identified their fundamental differences from the Russian approach to management, considered examples of introducing the principles of existing business models by Russian enterprises (by the example of PenzaMolInvest, Nizhny Lomov). In addition, a roadmap from traditional enterprise to digital was proposed for consideration. The article describes the process of modeling a digitized enterprise management system, demonstrated using graph theory.
Summary. At present, an indispensable condition for the prosperity of the economy of industrial enterprises and the agro-industrial complex and, as a result, of the Russian economy, adaptive digitized management is considered as the basis for ensuring the economic security of an enterprise.
